Question 1

Is the Pink Scooty Scheme available throughout Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

The scheme covered in this guide is administered by the Sindh government. Applicants from other provinces should check their own provincial transport programmes.

Question 2

Can students apply?

Accepted Answer

Female students are among the programme’s intended beneficiaries. Applicants must still meet the requirements of the relevant registration round.

Question 3

Can I apply with a learner licence?

Accepted Answer

The learning registration form requests a learner motorbike licence, but the EV ballot notice requires a permanent motorcycle licence. Confirm your application route with SMTA before proceeding.

Question 4

Does registration guarantee a scooter?

Accepted Answer

No. The official ballot page describes verification and balloting, so submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

Question 5

What is the Pink Scooty Scheme 2026 deadline?

Accepted Answer

A confirmed deadline was not found on the official pages reviewed on 27 October 2026. Check SMTA’s latest notice for your application round.
